Sanjhi Tokri is looking for customer care executive to enhance customer’s experience. The person will be completely responsible for taking orders, convincing customers, explaining them the detailed concept, noting down the feedback and manage all the franchisees responsible for executing the orders. All the franchisees will be reporting to hi/her on regular basis.

Responsibilities for Customer Care Executive :

The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

Required Skills:

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply
Candidate should have good client servicing skills

Educational requirements
High School/Graduates/B Tech/Dropouts

Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month + incentives upto Rs. 5000 per month.

Language preference
Hindi and English

Required education :
Graduate, Under Graduate, B.Tech, High school or equivalent
